Recently I received a message asking for tips on how to achieve a winged eyeliner look, so rather than write a description that might not make a lot of sense I thought Ill make a video, how hard could it be?…….umm yeah, it took a few takes, lol! I have to give credit to the people on you tube who make it look so easy, because apparently I make some weird ass faces when I put on eyeliner (think nostril shot, with mouth gaping open). So anyways, here is my attempt at an instructional eyeliner video, I was concentrating on not making weird faces so I couldnt speak too! Step 1- when I apply the Liner I load my brush (brush Im using is #209 by MAC) with gel eyeliner and swipe off excess on my hand. Step 2 - pulling your lid slightly taut to the side to smooth the skin, start applying with short strokes from inner to outer, angling out into a wing at the end. Step 3 - go back over your line with a smooth stoke to even out. Hope that helps and its just practice as with all things! Happy Tuesday!!
