Recently I was reading the book of Isaiah and really admiring his writings. Then I spoke to the LORD and said, You must have really liked Isaiah. And IMMEDIATELY the LORD answered me to my surprise and said, Yes, he was a man of integrity. Later I was reading this scripture in Nehemiah 7:2 (NIV): I put in charge of Jerusalem my brother Hanani, along with Hananiah the commander of the citadel, because he was a man of integrity and FEARED GOD more than most people do I noticed that Hananiah was also referred to as a man of integrity but also mentions fear of GOD together with integrity. I recently began to realize that the FEAR of GOD is wonderful and powerful characteristic to have as a Christian. Here are some of my notes from my recent presentation on What the Lukewarm Church Wont Tell You along with the youtube link where I talk about the Excellence of the Fear of GOD: • What the Lukewarm Church Won’t Tell You • The Lukewarm Church—does not teach the importance and excellence of the FEAR of the LORD—rather the Lukewarm Church MIXES with the culture—so that the Lukewarm Church LOOKS and ACTS just like the secular culture—they even try to imitate popular culture nightclub venues—stage shows to attract and to not “offend” church goers—Pastors even shorten services for football games to please their congregation. • Philippians 2:12 (KJV): Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with FEAR and TREMBLING. • Psalm 2:11 (KJV): Serve the LORD with FEAR, and REJOICE with TREMBLING. • 2 Chronicles 19:9 (KJV): And he charged them, saying, Thus shall ye do in the FEAR of the LORD, faithfully, and with a PERFECT HEART. • Isaiah 11:2 (KJV): And the SPIRIT of the LORD shall rest upon HIM, the SPIRIT of Wisdom and Understanding, the SPIRIT of Counsel and Might, the SPIRIT of KNOWLEDGE and of the FEAR of the LORD; • You need to pray regularly for The LORD to get you to that NARROW ROAD THAT FEW FIND--WHICH IS OBEDIENCE TO CHRIST AND UNDERSTANDING WHO HE IS AND HIS WAYS: What the Lukewarm Church Won’t Tell You: —This presentation reveals the Heart of GOD and shows how very misled the lukewarm church is today.
