Recently I was requested to try the recipes from Halfteaspoon by its co-founder Jani Pasha It is an interesting “CIY :(Cook It yourself) concept where you chose the recipe from their menu and order them online. As per them,pay for exact amount of ingredients required for your recipes while saving yourself from buying excess ingredients. Among the various menu options, I was delighted to see the recipe by my friend Hina Gujral and without any second thoughts, I decided to try the Red Thai Curry! Next day, I received the box of ingredients and the recipe from them. The ingredients were fresh and the instructions were quite easy to follow. The dish came out quite well and I was delighted to have it with the rice. Presently available only in few areas of Namma Bengaluru like Domlur, Indiranagar, Kormangla, HSR & BTM Layout, Sarjapur Road etc, the menu here keeps changing episodically. My verdict Quality of ingredients: 4 /5 Packaging & Delivery: 4/5 Ease of usage: 4.5/5 Taste: 4/5 (y) for this interesting cooking concept !!
