Recently, a former friend of mine, was called out on social media. This individual did some things that were less than favorable, put her in a bad light, and rather than face them she decided to block about 30 people + and begin to insult all those that helped her get to her position in life. Now yesterday I wrote that you shouldnt burn bridges and it was in reference to this event, as it clearly illustrated that forgetting where you come from can only have a serious backlash. This morning I got an email....telling me that I live in a glass house. Please note, my only involvement in this is sharing that I too had been blocked from her life about a year ago. Here is my rebuttal: I have never pretended to be perfect, there certainly are skeletons in my closet. Ones that shaped me, good or bad. Why is my glass house different from hers? Because no matter where life took me, I was still NICE TO PEOPLE! Remember this, when you go on an Ego Trip, you go alone. Dont burn bridges in this industry or anywhere in life guys, people always seem to show up twice. Much love.
