Recently, a patient accused me of being superhuman. Of course, i laughed it off - i simply work and train hard. But, it made me think - i certainly dont do anything that others cant, and there are plenty of other humans that make my efforts look piddly. My (daily) goal is to do what i can. The more nearly i accomplish that, the more nearly (fully) human i become. Living fully humanly doesnt make anyone superhuman -- but, living smaller, less fully does render us subhuman. Dont let the terminology get your self-righteous shorts in a bunch, the choice is always up to you. At any age, and under any condition, do what you can. Its ironic that we think of the phrase, well, all right, then just do what you can... as a fall back position - its not. It will separate you from the 99%. Do what you can. You (and others) will be impressed. https://youtube/watch?v=x9vHwCIaSwM
