Recently players were reporting that they were unable to claim items they had crafted in the craft shop. The finish button was greyed out. This happened to players over either gift box limit – 10,000 total items or 500 unique items. Reducing the gift box to comply with the limits enabled players to collect. Today that change was rolled back and players can again finish items in the craft shop, even if their gift box is over the limit. THE GREYED OUT FINISH BUTTON WITH GIFT BOX OVER THE LIMIT WAS NOT A BUG! The Rollback was temporary and these limitations will soon return.
