Recently, seeing people on Facebook post things from a place of ego regarding desire of wealth, success, value, popularity, victim/oppressor drama fixation and racial identity reminds me that many of my brothers and sisters are still wrapped tight in the shroud of cultural success identity and that if thats where they are, thats just where theyre meant to be right now. Its not my place to judge the desires, motivations and progress of others. My being distressed by another human (even someone I care for), being caught in the conflict drama of the material world only shows lack of acceptance on my part. All I can do is focus on freeing myself as best I can from the trappings of cultural success identity, share what I learn freely and accept others for who and where they are. Thats the lesson that Facebook has reminded me of today. Blessings and love to all!
