Recently the lines at B.T.s have become more and more a subject of conversation. We all appreciate the fact that you along with the other 600-800 ppl that we serve on a given day choose to stand in line and wait for what we hope is one of the best BBQ experiences youll ever have. We understand that you are taking valuable time out of your day to have this experience and we work hard to make it the best BBQ Experience youll ever have. We understand that waiting on line can tax your patience, and we are always balancing your wait time with delivering the freshest BBQ Imaginable. We are totally committed to fresh hot quality BBQ in an intimate setting. With our expansion we have tried to accommodate seating for everyone that walks through our door while still maintaining our cozy feeling, and have adapted our cooking style so that we really dont reheat our meats anymore so they are constantly coming out of the smoker hot and fresh. Its not always easy to predict how many people are going to walk through our doors 2 days in advance, but we do our best to assure that we will have the majority of our products on hand at all times without sacrificing freshness or quality. We are limited to the cooking space we have, and we dont necessarily want to change that. We like being small and having the ability to be intimate with the food we serve. When I first opened B.T.s I wanted to be that little BBQ joint that had a line a couple hours long that at some point ran out of what we had cooked for the day and closed up shop like they do down south. We are really proud of what we do and try to do it the best we can. I know that the majority of our fans really dont mind the wait because they know its worth it, and I thank you all for that. I also thank you all for choosing to stand in that line whenever you come and hopefully while you are standing there you are taking to those around you maybe having a beer from the six pack you brought with you and talking to those first timers about what they are in for.
