Recently the wonderful Gloria Roberts presented her employment record. So I decided to present mine. First let us review Gloria’s record. She said---I was a massage therapist for a while but I rubbed people the wrong way. I worked in a shoe factory but I didn’t fit in Then I thought I was a loafer but I got the boot I took a job as an upholster but I never recovered I manufactured calendars but my days were numbered So then I retired and the position suits me just fine. Here is my employment record-------------- I started out making boats but all I did was drift So I got a job manufacturing cars but they just took me for a ride I got a job at a factory that made dough but they didn’t need me I decided to become a gambler but I had to take a chance I worked in a factory that made ropes but the owner wouldn’t let me hang around I decided to be a jockey but my throat got horse I worked in a lumber yard but I got board Then I thought I would be a plumber but that went down the drain I thought that I would cut grass but the task kept growing on me. So---I arrived at the place where---six munites ago I cud knot evan spel Preacherr and now I are one.
