Reception/Payroll & Accounts Payable We are a growing, full-service, agriculture equipment dealer with three locations providing superior customer service in Alberta and Saskatchewan. There is a current opening for the position of Reception/Payroll & Accounts Payable in the Lloydminster branch. The position offers a competitive wage commensurate with experience along with a full benefits package including a company RSP program. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Greeting customers, answering incoming calls, & directing inquiries • Ordering office supplies • Review & process employee timecards for payroll • All aspects of payroll processing including cheque production, submission to authority for direct deposit, remittances to government, T-4’s, and ROE’s • Prepare GST submission • Administer employee benefit and RSP program • Required to be able to complete journal entries • Audit payable invoices for corrections or adjustments • Reconciliation of accounts as assigned • Manage vendor inquiries and payments; Setting up vendor files and invoice filing • Process employee expense reports; Other duties as assigned by the Controller Recommended qualifications: • Grade 12 plus a business or accounting certificate or diploma • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of common accounting software • Experience within a dealership environment an asset but not required • Demonstrated analytical & problem solving skills; Accuracy & attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to multitask in a busy environment and meet deadlines • Strong administrative skills If you are interested in exploring this challenge please forward a current resume along with references by December 19, 2014 via email to Tina Burton at Jetstream Personnel Consulting.
