Recipe. .. 1. Take 1 cup of wheat flour in a bowl. 2. Add 3 tbsp sugar. 3. 2 tbsp roasted suji. 4. 1 tsp of cardamom and nutmeg powder. 5. Add 1 1/4 cup of warm water mix it well and keep it covered for 20 min. 6. Take flat nonstick pan I used fry pan add ghee or oil to fry. 7. Pour little batter in pan in a round shape. 8. Turn it delicately with 2 spoons. Fry till nice golden brown colour. 9. And serve with cold rabdi and garnish with dry fruits.
