Recipe for cheesecake dessert that I prepared for the reunion - Jello no bake cheesecake mix (2 boxes), 1st prepare the graham cracker crust and put into pan then prepare the cheesecake mix as indicated on box with following change (prepare both boxes together), the recipe calls for 1 1/2 cups of milk each box - instead use one can of evaporated milk (I think it was 3.5 oz - size of soup can) pour the evaporated milk into a measuring cup and fill the remainder with regular milk (total of 3 cups liquid), mix as indicated on box. Put mix on top of crust, top with cool whip and fruit refrigerate! Enjoy!!!
