Recipe for shayes favorite mashed potatoes... Garlic ranch mashed wonder... Ingredients: 8oz cream chz 5 Large russet potatoes 1/2 pkg of hidden valley ranch powder 1 cube of UNSALTED butter 4 lg cloves of garlic 1/2 pint of whipping cream Garlic salt for flavor Magictime: 1. Peel, cut and boil potatoes to mashed perfection... 2. Cook garlic & 2tbls of the UNSALTED butter on low heat while potatoes are boiling 3. Drain potatoes, rtrn to pot and mash... 4. Add butter garlic mix, the remaining butter, cream chz, 1/2 the ranch powder pkg and add bet 1/4-1/2 cup of whipping cream to loosen mix w/blender. 5. Season with garlic salt to your liking...and enjoy it as much as shaye and the kids did!
