Recipe of the Week: Garlic Ancho Shrimp 1lb Shrimp (19 - 20ct) 4 cloves garlic 2 limes (juice) 2 teaspoon ancho powder 1 teaspoon cayenne 1 teaspoon olive oil Salt and Pepper TT (to taste) 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (garnish) Combine ingredients and pour over shrimp in a large bowl. Marinate for 30 minutes - 1 hour. You can sear these off in a pan but grilling them will yield the best results. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy! Pairs best with steamed cilantro/lime rice, black beans, grilled carrots or sweet potato.
