Recipe of the Week: Oriental Noodle Toss with Black Beans 1 Tbsp of Sesame Oil 2 Tbsp of Tamari or reduced sodium soy sauce 1/2 tsp ginger (Fresh grated is best) That is the sauce-mix together 8 oz of spaghetti noodles (Wheat or high fiber if possible)*Make according to package directions. 1 can(15 oz) of black beans, rinsed and drained-mix with sauce 3 green onions, tops and bottoms chopped-mix with sauce 1 pkg of (10 oz) of frozen snow pea pods or snow peas-when timer sounds for noodles add the peas/pods for 1 minute more. Then toss with beans and sauce. It is mealtime! Enjoy.
