Recipe of the Week: SOUTHWEST GREEN CHILIES CORN BREAD! Serves 9 to 12 1 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 4 eggs 1/2 cup diced green chilies 1 15-ounce can cream style corn 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup flour 1 cup yellow corn meal 2 tablespoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add chilies, corn, both cheeses. Stir flour, corn meal, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
