“Recognition of Human Rights” Signature Campaign for B.A.P On November 26th 2014, Korean Media reported that B.A.P filed a lawsuit against TS Ent at the Seoul Western District Court to nullify their contracts. The points of contention are (1) terms of a slave contract; (2) unfair treatment and negligence to members health; (3) unfair profit distribution. As B.A.Ps fans, we want to speak up about this issue and bring the publics attention to it so that the public may understand why the members are suing TS Ent. In mid-December 2014, BAPwinacase Cafe contacted Dodam, B.A.Ps legal representative company. Dodam law firms lawyer, Kim Nam Joo told us that the Signature Campaign is a good idea as it is a good means to showing the public the main points of the case. We intend to collect, collate, and submit a Signature Campaign that champions the rights of B.A.P to the Human Rights Commission.
