Recognizing the services of tribute that will be taking place today and Saturday, to celebrate the lives of Corporal Nathan Cirillo and Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent, I offer my deepest condolences to their families and loved ones. In their honour I paused, recognized a moment of silence, and shared in prayer with a group of amazing women this past weekend. In their memory, we dedicated anew to the cause of love and unity within Canada’s borders and beyond. Our sincere prayer was that our fellow Canadians would learn to share a mutual respect for each other, and stand united in love with an unwavering commitment to making a positive impact upon our communities, and world.
