Recovery Update :) Still pluggin away at it. Still dropping lbs and building lean muscle!!! :) I was really sick this week, intense fever.. Not cool! But managed to knock out some really good workouts anyways. :) Down 18.5 lbs in roughly 2 months & 2 wks. 39.5 inches (21 of that is just from my waist, stomach, hips & thighs alone). I cant believe that in the beginning I was only able to lift 2.5 lbs (overhead triceps). I can now do at least 10 reps @ 25 lbs. But, can lift 3 sets of 20 reps @ 20 lbs. I could only do 15-20 lbs rowing, currently Im rowing with 80 lbs. Quads I could barely do 20 lbs, I can now lift 80 lbs. Hamstrings/glutes barely 15 lbs and can now lift 60 lbs. Kettlebells I could only swing 5 lbs, I can actually swing 2 sets of 30 swings @ 25 lbs now.. Crazy good! Theres more.. but certainly theres been a significant increase in a short amount of time with building my strength. I can actually cook my own meals now and complete some light duties around the house. Not there yet, still got a good ways to go... but every day theres progress. :) Thank you for all of your continued prayers. Xoxoxo
