Recruiter - Contract, Hong Kong Job (Hong Kong, HKG): Job Requisition Number:43851 The Role: Bloombergs People Operations team is seeking an energetic, committed individual to fulfill a role in recruiting, with a key focus on sourcing and attracting high caliber candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will focus on developing and managing quality candidate flow and successfully filling experienced-level positions. The Recruiter will maintain relationships with key hiring leaders, ensure a smooth recruiting process, and establish a seamless and outstanding candidate experience overall. This position will be based in Hong Kong. The Responsibilities: - Liaise with hiring managers to fully understand business needs and offer strategic recruiting guidance and advice. - Source candidates directly through industry networking and leveraging online recruiting tools. - Resume review, test facilitation, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation/ closing, and onboarding. - Provide continuous feedback to and communicate regularly with candidates, hiring managers and other key stakeholders. - Remain current with and adhere to employment legislation, policies, and company guidelines. - Stay abreast of market trends affecting business areas, as well as employment trends affecting the recruiting function. The Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required - 3-5 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
