Recruitment Manager Location : Cairo - Egypt Industry : Large Industrial Group About the Client : • One of the largest industrial organizations in Egypt and the middle east since 1979, with a great expansion plan in the international market. • Annual turnover exceeds 500,000,000 LE • Market share is 46% of the local market • Our team staff members exceed 1000 employee About the Position : • Manage the full end to end recruitment process, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide an efficient service, in line with the delivery of the ‘time to hire/cost per hire’ KPIs;continually review recruitment processes to ensure they are fit for purpose • Lead on the development of strategies to promote the company as employer of choice • Manage and develop direct recruitment channels such as job boards, headhunting, professionalnetworking websites where appropriate • Coaching and training of line managers in recruitment and selection as well as advising on bestpractice; • Development and maintenance of recruitment & selection processes as well as atalent pool • Manage agency relationships and negotiate rates with external service providers to reflect the budgets of individual departments • Manage assessment centres as well as sitting on recruitment panels when required Job Requirements • Relevant University Degree • 8 - 10 years of experience in HR filed of which at least 4 years in recruitment. • Has experience in recruiting blue and white collar employees, preferably has industrial experience. • Excellent English language spoken and written. • Excellent computer skills How to Apply Send to : Jobs@pillars-eg Job Code : RM-LG
