Must possess an aggregate of 50% & above in MBA. 2. Should be graduating in 2013 Selection Process: a. Step I – Pre-placement talk – 30 minutes b. Step II – Written test - 60 minutes c. Step III – Interview Round I – 20 minutes d. Step IV - Final Round Interview – 30 minutes Job Description: a. Management Trainee I – To be trained in front end sales in the Products and Distribution Division. b. Management Trainee 2 – To be trained in the iMFAST division to handle external customers (which are Nationalised Banks) and internal stakeholders (Field Division called i25RMCS). The objective of both the above positions is to enhance business from respective customer segments. While the former will get business through front end sales, the latter will get business through sales coordination. Compensation: There would be two categories: Category I – INR 2.4 lakhs per annum; Category II – INR 2.15 lakhs per annum Locations: Anywhere in India which may include Bangalore, Bhopal, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai etc Note: a) Selected candidates will be serving a training period of 6 months and probationary period of 6 months and will be confirmed after the first year. The review of performance will be the criteria for a candidate to move from training period to probation and from probation to confirmation. b) Selected candidates are expected to sign a service agreement: a.
