Rectal rehydration or sodomy humiliation? I would like to see ONE physician endorse this as a medical therapy. S/He would be destroyed by the medical community for malpractice. This has NEVER been an option for any patient in my 20 years of health care exposure (school, nurse, physician) and it cannot work. A colonic tube would have to be placed very high in the colon (under guidance by colonoscopy) to get enough surface area on the fluids descent to get any real absorption. Just sticking a tube in a rectum is not going get any appreciable absorption. And as for feedings which the CIA did by rectum, there is practically no absorption in the colon - that is done in the small intestine. Useless from a medical standpoint. Effective for sodomy, torture and humiliation. Could we just get a smidge of honesty from any of your Dear Leaders and their minions? (Or maybe its that your Dear Leaders are THEIR minions - the puppets and yes men of the massive bureaucracies, unaccountable departments, secretive agencies, long-existing and mostly autonomous taxpayer funded quasi-government agencies that have their own missions and agenda while you fund them and deal with all the consequences, blow back, retaliation, debt and destruction.) #rectalrehydration
