Red Cross Chairman Richard Gordon and Secretary General Gwendolyn Pang were both on top of the PRC operations for the Popes Visit and overseen all the preparations and activities of staff and volunteers during the Papal events.They also visited Red Cross First Aid Stations to help comfort the patients while being attended to by PRC first aiders and emergency response units. The Chairman talked to an elderly who is hypotensive (low blood pressure) while the Secretary General (SG) reached out to a woman with hypothermia (low body temperature).
