Red Molly. CCA. Glasgow. The absolutely stunning 3 part - TopicsExpress

Red Molly. CCA. Glasgow. The absolutely stunning 3 part harmonies of RM rained down on a wet Glasgow to a full house. Molly shone with Dollys Do I ever cross your mind a superb opener. They finished a short 1st set with Henrys Vincent Black Lightning where the RM name came from. Abbies absolutely gorgeous Honey on my Grave glistened with her great dobro playing. Id only came hoping 2 hear this. Lawrie on bass with her exquisite vocals graced evry word of evry line of evry song with her gorgeous timbre. 2 lovely Derroll Scott songs were simply superb with Mollys tight, staccato gittar subtly enhancing on an old Martin. Sensational singing of Clinch River Blues soared 2 the rafters of the CCA, from new album, which was available & you chose what you paid 4 it. Id already got it the day of release. Lawrie seemed baffled as to how wed all found them & came across them. Probably didnt know Social Media had reached Scotland. People from Dumfries & Edina there too. Molly finished with a specially worked up Caledonia to cheer the Weegie faithful. This was the best gig Ive seen this year in Scotland & thats saying something. 3 awesomely talented performers & extraordinary singers. PS. Again H was the youngest at gig. Ha . Seems our audiences getting aulder !
