Red Pride Friday - Kelly Henris (11) B.S.N., and pole vault and pentathlon Cardinal alumna, is breaking major course records as a triathlete. When Kelly is not helping save lives as an ER nurse, she is training and breaking triathlon course-records at the first two of three T-REX USA Triathlon sprint series (.5 mile swim, 12.4 mile bike, 3.1 mile run) in Novi, MI.
