Red & Yellow cards to address harassment when it happens, blue cards to thank someone for speaking up when they see harassment happen. Is anyone planning on using these, now that theyve seen them? Im not sure if I feel like this is a good solution or just goofy. CONvergence already has a great anti-harassment policy, but that doesnt mean more couldnt be done. Is note passing like this too passive-aggressive, or not assertive enough? Do you think these would work at CONvergence?
