Reduce stimulation. Enjoy some quiet time everyday. The less you see and hear, the more settled your mind can become. Notice nature. Focuse on the body, thoughts will calm down. Let things weighing you down go like distractions and thoughts that don’t serve you. Be happy with less and find joy in simplicity. Just be in someone presence. Deep listening to others expresses deep appreciation. Think of one simple thing you can say that would help someone feel better. Think of someone you haven’t said I love you to recently and tell them. Remember what we take for granted and how much we have to be grateful for.
