Reedsburg Utility Water Customers can STOP Running their water EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY! 4/14/14 RUC has been monitoring water temperatures at several locations throughout the city and determined the water temperatures are stable or rising, and residents are hereby notified to stop running their water. In order to account for the additional water usage, RUC has been billing customers based on an estimated usage from the same time period last year. The water utility bill customers receive at the end of May and due June 20th will be the final bill that is based on last year’s estimated water usage. The water utility bill received at the end of June will reflect customers actual usage. Reedsburg Utility Commission appreciates your cooperation throughout this long winter.
