Reema says: I am really upset its mentally killing me. I have given birth last November 30, 2013 to my little son. In February 2014 I developed this weird pain in my rectum area and I thought it was postpartum hemmorhoids. I ignored it and it became a huge boil and tender and painful that I had to run to the Emergency in the hospital. I came to know what I had what a peri anal abscess. I got it drained and cleaned under general anesthesia and was sent home after two days. Later on its been 4 months and it still keeps draining. Sometimes it closes up and becomes a boil again and released fluid . I am upset that I have developed a fistula. Its driving me nuts. Please ladies. Anyone else who went through this tell me what happened and how did you deal with it. I am scared to go through surgery again as I am currently pregnant again with baby number two. I feel anxiety and feeling real down. Please help.
