Reevaluating things. Working in an enterprise level and with the public has allowed me to do well in life as I have accumulated several skills throughout my career. Interesting on how people only see one aspect of another person without interacting with them to really see how they are. Each scenario must always be observed, evaluated on how to best accomplish a task with adaptability and implement changes as needed to best provide the best results. Teamwork has no "I" in it, thus I truly like the saying of "the needs out weigh the needs of the one" as the inverse might be required. It is why I write it the simplest and shortest form of this concept... "Observe, Adapt and Implement." Therefor I feel a bit of sadness and disappointment, which is my own fault for expecting to much from others at times. As I do my best to go with a open Mind to be able to comprehend what is shared, even if should I not comprehend it at the moment.. Open Heart to be able to feel with compassion and empathy Open ears to hear what is shared and hope I remember it, though my memory is no longer what it once was prior to the accident. Watch with Open eyes to see what it is that being done and how. In these I do the best I can each day regardless on how I may be "tested" at each moment. Wisdom and Knowledge of Elders is a great thing. But it is the small children, who see things the simplest with the least impartial view. For tonight that is all I have to share...
