Referb budget style but safe and can be used untill ready for replacement. Rebuilt stairs removed spindels to save money for customer with shoe string budget made simple farm style cross members way less material and labor. Also power washed 10 years of mold and dirt and applied a solid color stain to prolong the life of existing borderline wood. Also restored horrible rear steel door and weather strips again with customers tight budget as a concern. End result safe clean and usable deck within customers means money wise untill they can afford better. Deck had not been used in over 8 years by home owner.
