Reference: MY0041 Position: Cruise Director/ Expedition Leader Seeking a Cruise Director for a small luxury ship company operating in New Zealand and Vanuatu. This is a NZ family run business. The season is from May – Sept, with a maximum of 24 guests and offer different packages (6,9, 13 night cruises). Friendliness, approachability and excellent communication skills are essential prerequisites as the position is the primary liaison officer between the vessel and its valued guests. In addition, strong leadership skills are required as team leader for all onboard hospitality staff and chefs. A former Chief Stewardess would be ideal for this role. Remuneration is year round, with two months a year off. As there are varied duties throughout the working week while on board the vessel, this position would suit an energetic, self-motivated person who takes pride in achievement.
