Reference number is 55335692 I am customer with airtel since 2006 and was on a corporate plan which provided me with local 600 min free to any mobile and 200 SMS. I have been paying the bills on time and to what ever amount without a question. however I have been noticing that recently i migrated to chennai and i have reduced the number of calls as i have an alternate prepaid airtel number. I have also opted for Roaming incoming free and now i am surprised of the bills i am getting. which exceeds 1000 Rs. I called your support and they informed that i am getting only 149 min free local calls which was changed from 2012. This is ridiculous and you people are looting money from loyal customers. When I think about the past, i have paid thousands of rupees in excess which is not of my fault. Just compare my usage with your best plan available for my usage and i bet it would not exceed 500-600 rupees. I need an explanation to all this and resolved. My questions to you: # How can you change the plans without an intimation? # What about the past payments I have paid in excess?
