Reflecting on Ps. Joel Holms message on Sunday and main thing I took from it is this. If your identity is found in Christianity, everything about this world will be seen as a threat and you will either remove yourself physically or mentally from it, or you will assimilate. However, if your identity is found in Christ, nothing in this world can threaten your relationship with Him because you are found in Him. Had to smile to myself when I applied this to our friends in Malaysia being all sensitive and what not...
