Reflecting on the amazing weekend I had watching my son get his Pro card after competing for 6 years. Reaching Pro status is a goal for all competitors. For some it happens sooner than later, but for the majority of Body Builders and Figure/Fitness competitors it can take up to a decade or more. To witness the commitment ,discipline, the dedication, the DECISION (as my son says) and of course the perseverance is really mind blowing!! For me and for everyone that has goals and dreams in life, that is exactly what a takes....Daily action and commitment!!!!...
