Regarding Munisteri announcing hell run for Chair but would resign at the beginning of 2015, and Fredericks announcing she wont seek re-election: since party rule requires they be separate genders, this creates a scenario where assuming Munisteri is re-elected, only a woman can run for Vice Chair, then when he resigns only a man could run for Chair. Should the delegates call on the Vice Chair candidates seeking to serve with Munisteri to commit that theyll resign when he does, to ensure that election will be open to everyone? That would require the SREC to fill both positions instead of having at least one of them elected by the convention. Alternately, the convention could get rid of that rule (again, it doesnt matter what state law says on this, they cant impose that requirement on us).
