Regarding: SB744 THE BILL TO LEGALIZE THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT AND SPEND CONSIDERABLE FUNDS IN CREATING THIS LAW WHICH VIOLATES THE LAWS OF BOTH FOUNDING DOCUMENTS: To the Members of our America of God and Nation First - Representatives in the House and Senate - Americans First: 1)---This statement, alone, makes SB744 a violation of the Laws of Both Founding Documents, especially the revisionist-language word “Just”: “..establishing a coherent and just system for integrating those who seek to join American society; and 2) —The word “Trust”: “..Establishes in the Treasury the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Trust Fund. ..; “.. establish a two-year grant program to improve emergency communications in the Southwest border region.”; Title One utilizes and duplicates several of the “Obama anti-law Cabinets” , with concomitant taxpayer $$$, and borrowed from other nations, and individuals - banks $$$$; led by some persons who, by deeds, have declared they shall not support the Laws of Both Founding Documents: “Operation Stonegarden is a federal grant program administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), a component of the Department of Homeland Security, as part of the State Homeland Security Grant Program. Stonegarden provides funding to state, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies to enhance their capabilities “to jointly secure U.S. borders and territories.”1 Funds are to be used for additional law enforcement personnel, overtime pay, and travel and lodging for deployment of state and local personnel to “further increase our presence along the borders.” Representatives-Elected We the People: Each-one-Person of you are now referred to as the “Ruling Class” because you actually believe you Own - as property - Taxpayer earnings from 2000+ hours of work per year; and fully support the required by honor and stewardship of the American Taxpayer, each-one-of his debt of $148,170, not counting unfunded SEIU dictatorship by anti-law Contract-Pensions or State Debts - also with Unfunded / Unbudgeted SEIU-dictatorship over American who shall, absent Liberty in Life, be members; with a Treasury leader who prints paper to call it $$$; and a Government which denies seeing and is deaf to the Anti-Law of the Federal Reserve utilizing taxpayer dollars to provide to cities $25,000 Loans to private citizens to purchase private homes; And 3) — “Prohibits the Secretary from adjusting RPI aliens to lawful permanent resident status, with certain exceptions, [listed]..”; and ““Authorizes the Secretary, after conducting the required national security and law enforcement clearances, to grant RPI status to an alien unlawfully in the United States who [Lists rules]: Numbers 1,2,3 together are completely disparaging and blatant disrespect of and for All Americans; but especially each-one, Naturalized American who has learned his person does not include skin color, or country of origin, but must include English because that is the language used to preserve, protect, and defined the unique rights before God - One person’s earthly body, (anatomy, physiology, neurology) in his Soul - which is immortal upon his earthly deeds in life’s journey; and in fact of deed, given his Pledge to our Republic under God, and if holding public office, to the degree that person understands our Republican form of government - One Person Protected – equal and separate station, Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God, Unalienable Natural Rights – “consent of the governed’, applies himself to the duties and service in honor to our Republic under God...even if God isn’t the name of that particular person’s supreme lawgiver. Illegal people have broken the law. They shall not be rewarded with citizenship under any circumstance, since doing so removes the Laws of Both Founding Documents and the Sovereign rights of ALL American. Please recognize the redistribution and production of licentious-revisionist ethics. ‘Just’ means distribution and allocation and access of United States collective-government-defined people – never individual person, i.e. composed of Both Body and Soul; And This is also stated “Statutes passed with the intent that they not be enforced uniformly, but at the discretion of law enforcement agents, are unconstitutional. They violate the Constitutional requirement for equal protection of the laws, and constitute an unconstitutional delegation of legislative authority to executive officials.”: American Citizens, People, Legal Emigrants versus Illegal immigrants; and now add this from Federal level, violations of the ninth and Tenth Amendments, Rights Amendment in Title 24 of Health and Human Services: "Sec. 1973aa Application of prohibition to other States; "test or device" defined (a) No citizen shall be denied, because of his failure to comply with any test or device, the right to vote in any Federal, State, or local election conducted in any State or political subdivision of a State. (b) As used in this section, the term "test or device" means any requirement that a person as a prerequisite for voting or registration for voting (1) demonstrate the ability to read, write, understand, or interpret any matter, (2) demonstrate any educational achievement or his knowledge of any particular subject, (3) possess good moral character, or (4) prove his qualifications by the voucher of registered voters or members of any other class.... Sec. 1973aa-1 Residence requirements for voting (a) Congressional findings: The Congress hereby finds that the imposition and application of the duration-residency requirement as a precondition to voting for the offices of President and Vice President, and the lack of sufficient opportunities for absentee registration and absentee balloting in presidential elections - (1) denies or abridges the inherent constitutional right of citizens to vote for their President and Vice President; (2) denies or abridges the inherent constitutional right of citizens to enjoy their free movement across State lines; (3) denies or abridges the privileges and immunities guaranteed to the citizens of each State under article IV, section 2, clause 1, of the Constitution; (4) in some instances has the impermissible purpose or effect of denying citizens the right to vote for such officers because of the way they may vote; (5) has the effect of denying to citizens the equality of civil rights, and due process and equal protection of the laws that are guaranteed to them under the fourteenth amendment; and (6) does not bear a reasonable relationship to any compelling State interest in the conduct of presidential elections. (b) Congressional declaration: durational residency requirement, abolishment; absentee registration and balloting standards, establishment Upon the basis of these findings, Congress declares that in order to secure and protect the above-stated rights of citizens under the Constitution, to enable citizens to better obtain the enjoyment of such rights, and to enforce the guarantees of the fourteenth amendment, it is necessary (1) to completely abolish the durational residency requirement as a precondition to voting for President and Vice President, and (2) to establish nationwide, uniform standards relative to absentee registration and absentee balloting in presidential elections. .." in relation to justice.gov/crt/about/vot/sec_5/about.php ..”. In case, fellow American, you don’t recongize the violation, note “President and Vice President Only.... and the abolishment of English – the language of duty and service to preserve, protect, and defend the Laws of both Founding Documents... and the change of Person, absent physical and environmental characteristics;.. to one of skin color, country-of-origin other than the United States that individual has pledged his Allegiance to Republic under God; and don’t forget the dead, drive-by voters / same day as election voting, empty apartment buildings, internet voting (except for the Military serving overseas, though the State Department people are able to vote), i.e the 14th Amendment....and do not kid yourself for one minute...the last and most important item to note:
