Regarding Wod# 3. We made it somewhat challenging to get to the pull-ups. You will be fatigued after the 3 and 6 minute amrap. Some of you may be able to do all the movements included in WODS 1-3 except for the pull-up. (I am referring to the Intermediate division). I would put yourself in the Intermediate division if you can do everything but the pull-ups. Like I said it may be tough to even get there. We will be recording your split time when you get to the pull-up. So getting to the pull-ups quickly will be to your benefit especially if you do not have them. As for the Team Division and WOD #3. It will be very tough getting there. Same rule applies... we will take the teams split time when they get to the pull-ups. If one teammate has pull-ups they can perform as a many as they can. Individuals and Teams that get at least one pull-up will put them ahead of teams who dont, regardless of split times. Long story short. Dont let the pull-ups determine which division you are in if they are the only movement holding you up. I hope this helps.
