Regarding my most recent posting let me explain… I sit in the committee of Administration and National Security in Parliament. The recent 10,000 police recruitment was marred by the worst corruption ever witnessed in such an exercise. Gatanga Constituency was one of the stations worst hit hence the call for REPEAT recruitment. My position is that once you recruit police corruptly you will never be able to deal with the vice thereafter. I hold the view that the whole exercise should be repeated countrywide!! This is the position I am advocating, but for now it is only those stations that were worst hit that will be repeated.
