Regarding the judgement / verdict in DA case... the people are going mad and losing their precious life without thinking its impact on his or her family. The media and the party leaders are failing to highlight the following things. 1. Last 3 days JJ as the general secretary of the party did not communicate through her emissaries to stop emotional outburst of her party men i.e. self- immolation, suicide attempts, burning buses, throwing stones at shops etc…why? It seems that she is expecting all these things to happen so that the concerned authorities show leniency on her. 2. She is moving HC for getting bail, stay on conviction and sentence through the legal wizard Mr. Ram Jethmalani. He may try to get what she’s expecting. In that case, she will come out and be the CM again but what about the lives lost by her party men (as of now, as per news report, 21 people lost their lives) and buses burnt…? Will she or her party compensate those loses? 3. In this case, there is no role for Karnataka Government or the people of Karnataka (only Mr. T. Pandian of communist party said that in the press meet and no one else). Bangalore is just the `venue’ for the trail. It was transferred to the neighbouring state due to the request of DMK but the case was filed by Dr Swamy. Why media is not highlighting this? The AIADMK party leaders misleading people by saying that “DMK is responsible and the judgement was delivered knowing that the HC is on leave for Dasara festival”. But there is a vacation bench to hear the application and this was not mentioned by any of the persons speaking on TV on behalf of AIADMK. Why? 4. Earlier the judgment was to be pronounced on 20th sep but the lawyers of accused requested the postponement of judgement and the Judge agreed for the same. But the party spokespersons are not saying that on media instead they are saying the judge only postponed the date to 27th. Thus, the party leader, spokes persons et al would like to make fool of innocent people and playing with their emotions and sentiments. The party and its TV channels are responsible for all this mess and the concerned authorities would make them accountable for the same.
