Regardless of the organization, every employer has a duty of care to their employees. For the best to be brought out in a person is to give them a positive place that is filled with respect, positive feedback and support. Every human being has the right to feel that they are being protected, whether this is personal or professional. A healthy workplace that functions with positive moral has far more reaching power for all who comes across it, in every area, whether it be a place of business, a home, schools, being out and about in the wider community. What one sows is what they reap! Change starts from the inside; do it right and there will be no need for guilt, shame, regret, bitterness, anger, resentment, etc. Forget about looking for someone or something to blame, or sweeping it under the carpet, man up and make positive changes.
