Regardless of the results of the Yes/No vote we will have a military. Fact! Since I was a young kid we have mostly been involved in one thing or another. The Falklands, Iraq #1, Irag #2, Afghanistan to name the biggies. The cost to Scotland to be part of the UK military is £3.3bn each year. So my question is-Are you happy with our military involvement and military cost or could an independent Scottish military, at a cost of £1.9-2.5bn (a saving of around one billion each year), be used as a humanitarian, diplomatic and peacekeeping force similar to the Dutch and Canadian forces? Thoughts? #Yes
