Reggae artist Black “I” warrior looking for support Black “I” warrior Gambia’s Reggae Dancehall singer is looking for support to produce his debut album entitled “Banners of love and peace”. “I am looking for support from individual, private companies for me to produce my debut album which I recorded sixteen singles namely “Judgment day”, “Black woman of Africa”, “Queen mama”, “All dem not real”, “life we live in”, “Good over”, “call on me”, “Banners of love”, “Kumbalin dance”, “Give it to me”,”N 65 terost”, “school girl”, “praise to the most high, “God save ma king”, “War against Babylon”, and “Eden and ciden” all recorded at various studio’s like Shyboy Entertainment, Negrophil records and Reason Yard,” Black I warrior told Entertainment Magazine on Monday. He said he is appealing for support to compile these tracks into an album entitled “Banners of love and peace”. He said he is currently challenges with funding to produce this positive message to audience. “I have wrote to so many companies for sponsorship package, but yet still no respond from them and still calling on many companies to come to my aid to support me in my musical career,” he added. He said he is yearning to be a successful artist internationally to promote arts and culture oneness unity among all human being. He lament that he is facing challenges in terms of promotions, because Gambian promoters some promote Afro-Manding artists or Rap-Mbalah artists. Black “I” Warrior whose really name is Bakary Nyangadou start music in 2002 was featured in so many rhythm including ‘Best be’ in Senegal at Chosssan Record label in 2013, also featured in ‘Social’ rhythm ‘Global’ rhythm, ‘new revolution’ and ‘Sunrise’ rhythm in The Gambia.
