Regina Police are investigating a carjacking in the Queen City Wednesday night. Police were called to the 2100 block of Scarth Street where the victim said two males robbed him, and that one of the two suspects drove away in his vehicle. The victim was driving eastbound on 14th Avenue and stopped at the stop sign on the Scarth Street intersection when two males from a dark coloured sedan got out, approached his vehicle, and pulled him onto the street. One suspect was carrying a knife; the victim was assaulted and had his cell phone stolen. Both suspects fled the scene, one in the victim’s car and the other in the suspect’s own vehicle. The victim was taken to hospital with injuries to his hand.
