Regional HR Manager: Western Cape Crookes Brothers Ltd, a JSE-listed Agricultural Company, is a producer of primary agricultural products with interests in KwaZulu-Natal, the Western Cape, Mpumalanga, Mozambique, Zambia and Swaziland. Our Estate in the Vyeboom area seeks to appoint the following people: The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of the overall HR function in the Western Cape. The incumbent will need to have broad generalist knowledge as well as a relevant qualification with excellent report-writing skills. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the successful candidate will take responsibility for employee wellness, Corporate Social Responsibility, employment equity, recruitment and selection and industrial relations functions. He/she will also ensure compliance with legislation and that all HR and reporting systems are managed, as well as be responsible for training and development, all while establishing CBL as an employer of choice. Furthermore, the appointee will assist with the implementation of strategy to enable the Group to achieve its objectives, including B-BBEE objectives, and assist in the management of stakeholder relations.
