Regional Operations Manager – Southern Are you an experienced Operations Manager, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multi-site teams? If so, Interserve Healthcare Group has a great opportunity for you. As this is a Regional role, the base can be flexible. About Us As a result of the continuous growth of the Interserve Healthcare Group we are looking for a Regional Operations Managers to cover our Southern Region, to include branches in; Torquay, Brighton, Portsmouth, Cardiff, Farnborough and Ealing. About the Role As the Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and support to the Branch Managers within your region to promote the delivery of the strategic and operational goals of the business. You will focus on delivering the necessary business targets, namely; compliance, profitability and business growth, whilst ensuring that the highest standard of customer service and client care is at the forefront of what we do. Your key responsibilities as a Regional Operations Manager will be: To provide visible leadership in your region, building a talented team to support the development of the business. To monitor branch business objectives and performance on a regular basis throughout the year. Translate the Group strategy into local operations, identifying areas for growth within your region. To ensure that branch business development activities and sales growth is focused around maximizing supply To support, identify and implement any appropriate training and development requirements across the branch network Working closely with the Executive Management Team and the Head of Operations, you will have the opportunity to enhance the profitability and growth of the business by setting challenging business plans and budgets. As a proactive Regional Operations Manager you will strive not only to achieve these plans but exceed them. This role will involve regular travel and overnight stays. About You Having worked in a similar role, you will have experience of managing a remote and widely dispersed team, with varying levels of experience and commercial skills. You will have the ability to influence and develop relationships with key contacts whether these are internal colleagues or external clients. With strong commercial acumen and a commitment to providing industry leading standards of quality, you will have a demonstrable knowledge of the Healthcare market and ideally some experience of sales and business development.
