Regional Recruiter Allied Healthcare are one of the UKs leading healthcare staffing providers and right now we are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our busy team as Regional Recruiter covering East Scotland. Reporting to the Business Manager you will be required to support the branchs in your region to handle new candidates through the company recruitment process. As Regional Recruiter, Your duties will include:- 1 Research • Visit Branches - look at recruitment & retention process and develop recruitment plan and activities in line with company objectives. • Review and plan strategic recruitment activity - researching current markets and reporting to central recruitment team on current activity. • Conducting exit interviews and developing and maintaining reports on reasons for leaving. • Candidate generation process - advert, web, open days etc • Measurable - Final Recruitment & Retention report for region and each office 2 Recruitment • Work on strategic recruitment plan with each manager - Highlight all the selling points of Allied. • Interviewing candidates, including setting appropriate expectations of the role, the company and the recruitment process • Ongoing recruitment planning and updating • Monitoring activity • Recording activity • Research seasonal trends for recruitment and retention • Analyse pipeline to link in with central team requirements • Analyse pipeline to ensure new staff requirements have not changed. • Working to targets and maintaining pipeline of staff for branches within region 3 Retention Implement the following into all branches:- • Ensure regular staff meetings both formal and informal. • Staff satisfaction surveys - quarterly. • Monthly forum - Carer of the month, new starter of the month, etc • Promote £50 giveaway • Need to promote Allied, our training facilities, NVQ funding. • Monitor, record and analyse exit interview data. • Develop Career programme.
