Bike to drop off at transition and kit for the run at transition 2 tomorrow then rest up, hydrate and eat. Annette Quarry , you were a hero ferrying us around and Mrs H in training pulled out all the stops after Mylo was still poorly today. Fed and watered and transition bags to pack :)
