Registration & Bike Drop will Take Place on Friday 3rd October 6-8pm. Registration in Coole Cranford Community Centre 1st and Bike Drop on Kerrykeel Road 2nd (will be signed on the day). Bib number is listed beside your name and is also your bike stand number. All competitors must carry Mandatory Kit in their cycling jacket or Jersey pockets will do if secure. Wind-proof / waterproof top Whistle Small first Aid kit (bandage and few plasters) Foil Survival blanket Drink bottle with fluids Nutrition/ Energy Bars/ Gels Cycling Kit: Bicycle helmet (must be a cycling helmet) and bike repair kit. This Kit is for competitor safety. The event will start and finish at Coole Cranford Community Centre, run/kayak transition is located at woodquarter pier, 2nd transition pier on Carrwkeel side of the bay, 3rd transition Gao ithe bike to hill / hill to bike and final transition is at the Entrance to the Pier on the Carrigart to Cranford Road. Drafting is not permitted, competitors or vehicles Please Leave NO Trace, by not littering, take it home please All competitors will be placed in accordance to the time it has taken them to complete the course, no matter what wave they are in. Please follow directions of marshals they will do their best to let competitors flow freely through the course as safely as possible with the least amount of disruption.
